Like many of you, I’ve been hearing a lot about Numis Network, a new network marketing company that, to the best of my knowledge is the first significant attempt to combine numismatics (i.e. the study and collection of money) and MLM.
It’s difficult to know who to believe online, so I did a little bit of research on my own to see what it was all about. You’re probably on this page for the same reason, so maybe I can help save some of your time by sharing what I’ve found.
Especially if you’re leery of any “hot” new opportunities that appear from time to time.
Of course I came across a lot of negative reviews from people who just hate network marketing no matter what….
One review I read was quite non-committal. The author said Numis, “like many MLM companies, may not be around for the long haul.” He also questioned the mark-up in its “Silver Coin of the Month” autoship program, and the value of their sales system.
Wow, that’s a lot of cold water for one review (to my knowledge he never actually joined the company or saw the product).
Upon more serious investigation, including a look at the Numis site itself, I learned a number of things. First of all, Numis is NOT an investment opportunity – it’s an MLM business opportunity. Numis deals only with professionally graded and certified numismatic coins. People who want to invest in bullion should do so with the help of their financial advisor and a metals analyst.
Unless you want to build a business and collect gold and silver, stay away from Numis Network!
It would be irresponsible for Numis not to provide a direct sales system to die for, so don’t hold that against them. Numis’ founders have a legitimate business software background, and they spare nothing to help get executives off to a good start.
Even at this early stage (Numis launched in 2009), my searches kept turning people who are happy with Numis. Apparently, they like:
- Multiple streams of income through clearly defined bonus criteria and its binary compensation plan.
- Success through other people’s efforts – not just your own.
- The collection of tangible assets, i.e. graded silver and gold numismatic coins.
- A true ‘ground floor’ opportunity that perfectly positions you in a fast-growing market.
Based on what I discovered, I got on Skype and had a serious chat with one of their fastest growing distributors, David Wood.
Long story short, I went ahead and became a Numis executive. Why not, they offer customers a 30-day money back guarantee on coin purchases, there is nothing to lose.
I can cancel the autoship at any time (although, collecting silver coins monthly appeals to me personally), and even drop out of the business if my future goals change.
Worst case scenario: I never make any money with the company (highly unlikely), but am still better off 5 years from now because I’ve built up a collection gold and silver assets.
Most people in other types of opportunities can’t really say that; imagine: "I never made any money with my MLM, but at least I have a garage full of vitamins, potions, and soap dispensers".

Haha! Love your take on this. My parents still have a closet full of soap and they quit being Soap Distributors back in the 90′s. I’m pretty sure my dad will be much happier when he has Gold and Silver in his closet like you, Dave Wood, Joe Turbin, Andrew Gallop and myself are going to!
