Brian,

For the past three years, I have been doing this manually by downloading the CSV files from Paypal and then using Excel to put everything into the proper categories before entering it all by hand.

I can see how using Quicken’s new tool will make me want to do my taxes sooner rather than later.

PayPal lets you download to csv files, so you should be able to get your data into any financial software.

Have been using Quicken products for years and they do save a significant bit of time and definitely something for any small business owner to be aware of.

Easily save the costs on your accounting fees if you give it to them organized the way this does.
